Fred G born and raised in Miami Florida has been in the music industry for over 20 years as a music executive working with labels such as Universal Records Capitol Records Atlantic Records Interscope and others. He is CEO of Muzik First Entertainment and has produced managed engineered and consulted many artist from Cardio B Tory Lanez Trina Lil Scrappy Brittany Taylor Favio Foreign The Marley's and DMX to name a few. He has Grammy nominated records with various artist. He has helped many local artist in Miami get exposure and has given them guidance on the ins and outs of the music business. Fred G is big on the community and throws and assists various events from book bag give aways, stop the violence, bikes up guns down and feeding the youth and homeless to festivals such as the Lit Up Festival, Trap Circus, The 9 Mile Festival, Rolling Loud and more. He is a inspirational speaker and has spoken at schools and colleges throughout Miami. With over 35 years in the Broadcasting and Music Industry, Jerry Sawyer Sr is more than happy to bring the "Good News of the Gospel" to all of the radio and streaming listeners throughout South Florida and beyond. Music has always been a natural connection throughout Jerry's life as evidenced by being Co-Owner of " Intellectual Sounds" which has been proudly providing music entertainment throughout South Florida for the past 40 plus years, DJing and hosting numerous community events. It was through his time as a Radio Personality for 18 years on 1490 WMBM AM - South Florida's Gospel Station, where Jerry's name and popularity grew. Through his ministry in music on WMBM, Jerry also known as "The Disciple" was able to give numerous radio interviews with many National Gospel Recording Artists. Through God's guidance, Jerry akaThe Disciple, has been able to host major Gospel events such as: The Word Network, Rev. Bobby Jones Retreat, Free Gospel Sundays , South Florida s Annual Gospel Cruise With A Cause, just to name a few. Jerry has been presented with numerous awards for his dynamic work in the Radio industry. Some of those awards include: Stellar Award Large Market Radio Winner as Drive - Time Host on WMBM/1490AM (2007), the Negro Business and Professional Woman Club Inc., Award Reciepiant in the field of Arts and Entertainment (2012), and the NFL Yet Center Gwen Cherry Park Community Service Reciepiant of the Year (2018). Jerry's passion for music is only matched for his love of God and serving his community. This is evident by his time currently serving as Deacon at Peaceful Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Miami Florida as well as Executive Director for the NFL YET Center Gwen Cherry Park Foundation.
